For quant- brush up basics well. Don't jump on mocks ,you have not cleared your basics well that's what you score is saying. And finish all the basics things like - tables,square,square root,cube root,
For lrdi- again learn the basics like puzzle, simple banking sets question, and don't see the solution try to solve from your own efforst ,fight with questions and solve suduko kakuro, regularly for 30 minutes regularly.or atleast 3 days in a week and yes do maths calculation regulary, there are many app available and there is post for it on non engineer also.
Varc- varc is all about reading and your score is excellent,keep doing it what you do but be regular and consistent otherwise who knows varc would very tough in cat 2021.
Cat is all about cognitive skills. So work on that's and don't leave any topics . Do it for life not for cat exam.

There are hoades of material available online if you would self discipline and self motivated. you can do from your endeavours just you need to be independent.You don't need any coaching,otherwise you will need coaching guidance.
@faraz hussain I know. last year, I depended too much on my coaching and their perspective of teaching non engineers, it damaged my whole of quants, because they thought it should be done the last, so that students remember. Bullshit. I just have to do it on my own and not wait for any one.
For quants, I was still thinking of iquanta, many of the questions asked in the CAT exam, were done in the class, so that way, I’ll do my prep as well as, their variety of sums, can benefit me. Also, how is Sarvesh Varma’s book for Quants?
Any tips for DILR, like, after doing all the things you told, I still need to practise sums to improve my efficiency as well as accuracy, so where should I practise it from?
